Housekeeping comes a' knocking once again...

I'm *still* not a big fan of rules & stuff, but I just want to put a few things out there again about this project:

1. Since we'll be doing photos in public areas, no major nudity...I don't feel like being hassled by concerned citizens or the cops. I'm fussy that way.

2. Should you wish to show off your tattooed bits, message me first. I might be able to find a way to shoot it. But most likely I won't. Cause that's how I roll. Especially if I don't know you. Naked strangers freak me out (but that's another story for another day).

3. Hateful words/images/etc. Keep 'em covered. I won't photograph 'em. However,  I might give you an atomic wedgie for your neanderthal choices. And a punch to the throat for good measure.

4. You won't be paid for your posing. Sorry, it's an art project. "Payment" is in the form of a digital copy of the photo of your tattoo. As those who have already posed have learned, getting a digital copy is a slow process. But getting a hug is a fast and enjoyable process.

5. Real tattoos only, please. Though I do love henna & temporary tattoos (I lie, I don't love either one of these things. If I did, I'd photograph them).

2012 - Still Shooting!

So it's been awhile since I've posted anything to this here blog. Well guess what?
Park Your Tattoo is going to return this summer!

The plan is to shoot some more tattoos through the summer, edit and organize like a fiend and then exhibit the end result in November/December.

If you're interested in participating...drop me a line at parkyourtattoo@gmail.com.
